Lot Quality Control

The first step in our example yield analysis session is the selection of the data. To begin, we select a lot for analysis. Notice you do not need to know anything about file locations or data base organizations. All of the data specifics are handled by the application. All you need to do is select the date range and the manufacturing parameters.
